1. Returns for Physical Books

We accept returns for physical books within 3 days of delivery only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged book
  • You received the wrong item
  • The book has printing defects or missing pages

To be eligible for a return:

  • The book must be unused and in its original condition
  • Original packaging should be available
  • Proof of purchase/order confirmation is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used books
  • Books were damaged after delivery
  • eBooks, PDFs, or digital downloads
  • Discounted or sale items

3. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved and the product is received by us, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

4. Replacement Policy

If you receive a damaged or incorrect book, we may offer:

  • Replacement of the product
  • Store credit
  • Full or partial refund

depending on the situation.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before shipment.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

6. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake or a damaged/incorrect product. Shipping charges will be Rs. 50.
